Is this intentional? One suggests that if they are not installed, it's logical not to offer to upgrade them.
And, just out of interest, if they are subsequently uninstalled, the appropriate folders are removed, however, the shell extensions still remain functional, even after a reboot.
(Not the end of the world, just thought I'd mention it; at least it's a change from anyone complaining that they don't work
