PDF XChange Viewer Version 2.0 Build 41.5
When I create a new text field the standard font is always "Arial" and the standard front site is always "12".
I want a standard font size of "10". But I don’t find a function or menu when I can change the standard preferences!?
Is a preference setting function included in the current version or not!?
If it is not included now this is a big request for me for the next version.
Thanks for your great product!

Re: Presetting font size
Format the text as you wish, right-click in the text, select Text formatting, and select, "Set Current Text Formatting as default."

I downloaded the file 'HOW_defformat' which is posted in the other thread that you linked to. This is a nifty little how-to, I will distribute it to my users.
Do you have anything else of this sort? I couldn't find a listing anywhere on the web site.
Thanks.

HI,
this is coming - our new web site (100% redesigned) will be up in around 8-10 weeks and this will have a really powerful knowledge base - we are starting to work on the actual articles in the next week or so, so this will be preloaded and appropraitely indexed to start with and maintained as topics become available and answered.
I knwo its not there yet - but just to say we are working on ...

I would like to suggest that you could post the PDF-XChange Manual online, like the High-Logic FontCreator Manual. This has several advantages:Tracker Support wrote:HI,

- Corrections and updates to the documentation are easier to keep right up to date
- The PDF manual and help file can be an optional download, reducing the download size for most users
- Support questions on these forums can be directed to a specific page in the online manual
