Changing the language in PDF-XChange Viewer 2.0 build 42.0 beta doesn't affect the language settings in the browser plugin (I'm using Opera).
For now, you have to press Ctrl+K (if you didn't change the default hotkey), to get the preferences dialog if you want to change the plugin's language settings.

The reason is because browser plugins have their own list of settings.

Oh, I didn't notice until now, that all options can be set up seperately for the plugin. That's very nice
Until now, I only had different toolbar settings - now I've different default document view settings, too!
