One missing feature, that prevents my clients from using pdfxchange viewer as a total adobe replacement is a missing encryption solution. What i suggest are two new menu items:
- encrypt document ... then a plain input box where you enter the password and get an encrypted version of the current pdf
- unlock document ... after entering the correct password decrypt the current document and save it
maybe
- change document key ... for setting a new password would be helpful too.
and while extending the wishlist, all functions could have a checkbox to work on all open documents at once. that would be a real time saver.
At the moment my clients encrypt this way: open a document, print it with encryption option, get the document ten times larger than the original. i assume this happens because pdfxchange viewer prints the document as an image.
