Could you please specify the build you are using (you can find it in Viewer -> Help -> About option) as I am also using Thunderbird and it's working fine here, attaaching the files correctly and opening a new message window.

If you dont have the latest build - please downlaod and install - although we are close to issuing a major update - most likely Friday now as we finally have the Digital Signatures functioning here in our in-house tests - so all is looking good for testing tomorrow and release Friday, so you may prefer to wait until then.

Just tried this (using latest build of T'bird beta) and couldn't send the PDF; message about a system error.

Opened Set Program Access and Defaults (XP Pro), chose Custom and set it to T'bird.
Now works perfectly.

many thanks for this solution. My TB build is 2.0.0.22 (installed it about a week ago I think) on an XP machine and it didn't require any interference on my side to work.
