PDF to JPEG Conversion

How do I convert a single picture within a power point presentation (that's in a pdf format) to a jpeg format? Thanks.

Hi you can convert pages/files using the PDF-X Viewer (not parts of pages)

See the File menu -> Export -> Export to Image option

also the manual : page 32
