Rotated pages
Survey sent to me with all portrait pages. 2 of the pages are really landscape and I had to rotate them 90 degrees to read them onscreen. I then tried to print one of these rotated pages, and it took about 1.5 minutes and had the squished look with lines I have noted before. If it is not rotated it prints immediately and has no lines, etc. The long delay and lines do not happen with acrobat 6 whether rotated or not. I am printing in all cases through Fineprint. See screenshots attached. Latest version just downloaded tonight. Thanks.

Looks like you have PCL printer. Why PCL doesn't handle rotated images I don't know but it is a fact.
For now PDF-XChange viewer does not discriminate between different types of printers (PCL, PostScript, etc.), but looks like we may need to make special handling in some cases - at least for PCL.
As a workaround for now, please use "Print As Image" option.
