Page number navigation does not match Adobe Reader

In the adobe reader, page number navigation matches the document and content starts with i for the table of contents. When viewing the same document in PDF XChange Viewer, the page number navigation displayed at the bottom of the windows does not match the page number in the document content. The navigation box starts with 1 for the table of contents page i. Does the PDF-XChange Viewer have an option or setting that can be changed so that the navigation has the same page number as the page number contained within the document?

It depends on the document - Adobe uses logical page numbers for navigation, while the Viewer uses absolute page numbers. Logical page numbers are only shown into Thumbnails view.
