Rollovers?

Post by winsby »

I was wondering if PDF-XChange Viewer Pro will over support rollovers for links.

I'm switching over from Acrobat Pro and have used this feature extensively in the past when creating resource material.

Thanks for any news you can give me.

Hi winsby,
We aren't looking at rollovers at the moment we have a few builds coming with much higher priority items, XFA form and portfolio/PDF attachment support. Not in the near future anyways, sorry to say. But we appreciate your request and it maybe something that can be realized down the road.

Regards,
Chris

Thanks for the update.

I realize it takes time for features to be added, and that some things are necessarily low on the list of priorities.

I appreciate you letting me know where things are at.

I believe it rollover "buttons" in Acrobat.

If I am incorrect please clarify, thanks,

Thanks Chris, but Adobe handles states Normal/Down/RollOver only for acroform fields (not all through), but not for all other annotations.

Can someone provide me PDF file with link with rollover capability?

Here's a link to an article that creates a 'rollover' effect using the highlight annotation in Acrobat:

This was the only information I could find that was not related to acroforms.

We need more info from winsby, for sure.
