PDF file can't display

Hi,

is there any way to open this pdf file with PDF-XChange Viewer?

Not yet. PDF-XChange doesn't support Portfolio attachments, but it is a high priority to be fixed in forthcoming builds.

As Bhikkhu mentioned, we will be supporting PDF attachments (portfolios) in the next build released due to come out sometime in the next week or so.
