startxref line in this file is invalid

GhostScript (version 8.64 and 8.65 beta) produce one error for each file, saved with PDF-XChange Viewer:

**** Warning: format of the startxref line in this file is invalid.

**** This file had errors that were repaired or ignored.
**** The file was produced by:
**** >>>> PDF-XChange Viewer [Version: 2.0 (Build 42.2) (Jul 14 2009; 17:13:23)] <<<<
**** Please notify the author of the software that produced this
**** file that it does not conform to Adobe's published PDF
**** specification.

The good news: GhostScript repair the error with "device=pdfwrite".
