Terminal Server issue

We have a lot of customers using our product under Terminal Server. We have had reports that the "hand" cursor is very jumpy as it moves around the screen. When the cursor is switched to the I-bar for text highlighting, it is fast. Could this behaviour be improved? We have verified this on our own Terminal Server.
