Cant get rid of "find" toolbar in F12 mode
I was reading a document full screen (F12) and hit Ctrl-F to find something. As expected, the Find toolbar showed up and I searched and everything was okay. But the Find toolbar refuses to go away in F12 mode, even after switching back and forth between normal and fullscreen, even after exiting and reopening pdf-viewer. Is there a way to get rid of it?

Re: Cant get rid of "find" toolbar in F12 mode
Actually just minutes after posting I found a workaround. My toolbars were locked, so I went back to normal mode, unlocked the toolbars, hit F12 again, hit right click on the top pane, unchecked the Find toolbar and it went away. I'd still call this a bug though. A toolbar that can appear when there's a lock should be able to disappear when there's a lock.

Re: Cant get rid of "find" toolbar in F12 mode
Hello chengiz,
Not being able to close the toolbar with in lock mode it due to the fact that there is a command to show it (Ctrl + F sets the focus inside it's search field) but there is no direct command to hide it. Some other toolbars like the extended search (Ctrl + Shift + F) can be turned on and off.
You have already found a way to hide it
But here is a better solution:
While in full screen even with Locked toolbars you can press F8 and that will turn the search one off.
Then F8 will work as usuall toggling on and off all the toolbars you have and not just the search one.
Regards,
Stefan
