Cannot open the Customize dialogue

From p.21 of the manual:
"To create shortcut keys in the viewer one should right-click at the Tool Bars area and choose Customize... When the
Customize dialog appears, shortcut keys can be created by changing Properties in the Commands field."

I find that "Customize" is grayed out, and can't be chosen. Why? I need to modify some shortcut keys.

If you right-click on the menu bar is the customise option available? It is not available on the page navigation toolbar, which cannot be customised.

Are you using the portable version? I don't know if that is any different.

I thought I should add that my OS is Win XP Pro SP3, and I have PDFXChange Viewer Pro, Version 2.0 (Build 42.2).

I'm the OP and just now realized that the "problem" I was having occurred while reading the Viewer's Help file. "Customize" is NOT grayed out with any other of my PDFs.

The viewer's help file is launched in a separate instance of the viewer despite your settings, and this being a special case is probably what resulted in you not being able to "customize".
