Hallo,
I browsed through the Forum but could not find such a specific forum post - so I just start one.
Wish #1 - A "view all opened documents as thumbnails"-button
I use quite small 10" Laptop for working and so I have to tune programs to have as much working space in there as possible. This works quite well with the XChangeViewer (version 2.0, build 42.3). The problem now is that I have seen, when the navigation tabs ar activated, a button to show all tabs/opened documents as thumbnails. I have to deactivate this view because I need the working space but still this feature is very neat and unfortunatly not availible without tab-view-mode! So my wish would be to have an button/icon with exactly this function which is allowed to be place anywhere in the toolbars. That would be great!
Wish #2 - The possibility to choose which icons the pdf-files have after the installation of XChangeViewer
Me again! I love the red icons which you normally find on your computer for pdf-files. Now, after the installation of XChangeViewer (version 2.0, build 42.3) tey are all blue. I would like the possibility to choose. I mean it ist somehow commen sense that pdf-files have red icons and I as also other persons using maybe my computer will be confused.
Or do you have any idea how I can change this manually - thanks.
I think this would be useful. A shortcut or button for the "Show All Tab Thumbnails" view would be great, even better if it can be made to work with the Navigation Tabs disabled.
There are other ways to access a list of open documents, and lots of ways to customise the GUI to save space. You can put the menus and all of your most needed icons on a single toolbar, and then assign a shortcut key to toggle the toolbar. I use the "F" shortcut to toggle the File toolbar, which has the menus on it. I have a 1280x1024 screen, so you would have to do some pruning to fit the toolbar on a 1024 pix wide netbook. Below are the left and right halves of my File toolbar.
A shortcut can also be assigned to show/hide the navigation tabs — I use Alt N.
Alter W will show the Windows menu, which lists all of the open documents.

This command will be added into the next build. You will be able to add this item from Customize Dialog->Commands Tab->View, item like as "View all opened documents as thumbnails"..
