SHIFT+TAB on multi page PDF causes freeze in PDFXCview.exe

I found that if there is a multi page PDF opened and I set focus on the first page, if you press SHIFT+TAB the application will freeze and PDFXCview.exe will go to almost 100% CPU. This doesn't happen when a single page PDF is opened. I've duplicated it with the standard PDFXCview.exe application, PDFViewerActiveTestC.exe, and my own custom application.

When a PDF has annotations it properly tabs through them forward and backward with TAB/SHIFT-TAB, but when it reaches the first selected annotation and SHIFT-TAB is pressed the freeze occurs.
