Still getting the watermark even though I purchased

Still getting the watermark even though I purchased

I purchased PDF-XChange Pro, downloaded the file PDFXCPro_x86, input the serial number, and installed the program. However, when I create a document in MSWord 2003 and Print using PDF-XChange 4.0, the resulting PDF still has the docu-track watermark. Why?

Hi WillRob,

Please email me here: support@pdf-xchange.com, do not post serial #s on the forum or it with get blacklisted and deactivated. I would suggest uninstalling all products from the control panel and reinstalling the latest version of PRO from our website, and copying and pasting you serial number from your SWREG receipt during setup. As manual typing can lead to typos. Anyways try that and email us if that doesn't work.

with your receipt number and serial number,

we will then advise ASAP how to resolve - however I suspect .. You have purchased the PDF-XChange Viewer PRO and not PDF-XChange PRO - and the former does not allow the conversion of third party formats to PDF - such as .DOC -> PDF.

The latter does - as do PDF-XChange Lite and Standard.

We await your info to confirm.
