Language changes

Hi,

I send a document from MS Word to the XChange-Printer. After that the Viewer opens, but not in my language, always in English. Seems, that changes will not be saved.

Hi,
Can you pls advise if you are using the latest release and also the installer used - or are you using the Portable version ?
If posting files to this forum - you must archive the files to a ZIP, RAR or 7z file or they will not be uploaded - thank you.

Hi John,

I'm using the latest versions with the normal installer (not msi).

The Viewer stores the settings when you cloose them.

However - if you have multiple instances of the viewer launched/installed, the settings of the last closed instance will be used.

You may wish to ensure there is only one installation - from your Windows control panel or using Windows Explorer.
