Security Method greyed out

Security Method greyed out

I wish to password protect a PDF document by doing File | Document Properties | Security | Security Method, but the Security Method box is greyed out. I have checked the PDF file in concern and it is not read-only. The same file sent to another user with PDF Xchange Viewer and the document can be password protected with out a problem so it is not concerned with the file. I have reinstalled the latest version of PDF Xchange viewer but the problem remains. Funny the problem occur to a particular user not others.

Can you send this file via Help -> Report a Problem?

I have installed the latest v2.0 Build 42.2 and the problem is solved.

Excellent - but the latest release is actually 42.3 ...
