Just purchased pdf xchange viewer pro - setup is NOT working

I just purchased the software. Followed installation instructions. When I get to the registration code (which I copied and pasted from the e-mail I received) and then hit "next"... I get an error message. I can only hit "back" or "next". We know what "next" gets me... When I hit "back", that's it, no more options!!!!!! Very frustrating. PLEASE help!!!

Go on … give us a clue … what does the error message say?

Here goes:" Sorry - the serial number supplied is not valid for this product - please ensure you have entered correctly, or possibly you have a similar product from us that requires an alternate download - "Lite" and "Full" version require unique installation files for example... "

Sorry... but this is over my head! I just wanted to install the software which I had purchased. Should be pretty simple, no?

Please send your order number and a link to this topic to support@pdf-xchange.com and I will check which product you bought and advise acordingly as from the error you got it seems that there is mismatch between what you bought and what you are trying to install.

For those interested in the resolution of this issue, nkemp did contact support@pdf-xchange.comand the problem was indeed as Stefan had suggested; namely a mismatch between the product downloaded and the product purchased.

Serial keys are product specific and you must take care to ensure you are downloading and purchasing not only the same product but the correct product for you needs. This is the logic behind "Try before you buy!"
