hi,
am getting black icons for .pdf's in win 7/64 bit. sometimes they'll show content, other times not. there's no rhyme or reason as to whether any particular file will show as a thumbnail or not.
worse still is i am unale to chane the default icon to a simple icon instead of having a screen full of black icons.
suggestion greatly appreciated on this otherwise fine piece of software.
leslie
btw. if i f5 each icon it will appear as a thumbnail while turning any other thumbnails present black

Hi Leslie,
I think you are using a bit older version of the Viewer, as this bug was corrected with the latest builds. Current build is 42.4
Please use Help -Check for Updates or download from here: http://www.docu-track.com/download/PDFXVwer.zip and the previews should be fine after that.
Regards,
Stefan
