PDF-XChange Viewer Pro Ver 2.0 Build 42.4

Can active links (URL or e-mail) be added, edited or replaced in an existing PDF file?

I have a PDF file with an active URL address but it contains an error and doesn't work; 'would like to fix.

for Email address: start with 'mailto:' then the email address
