Some PDF's won't print to HP Deskjet 1280

Hi, I have a similar problem as reported in this post.....

I am using version: 2.0 (Build 42.4)
The problem has occured before in some instances, but is not a general problem as most documents print OK.
When I try to print the attached document to a HP Deskjet 1280, it returns a blank page. The same document prints OK on Adobe reader.
In addition, the document when opened in PDF-XChange viewer, can be succesfully printed on our other office printer which is a Konica Minolta C352.
Another interesting phenonemon is that if I print the document from PDF-XChange viewer as a pdf, not a hard copy. (Printing to printer PDF ReDirect), then open the new pdf in XChange viewer, the document now prints successfully on the HP 1280.

Anybody have any thoughts as to the root of this problem?
