Hi,
I used pdf XChange Viewer since more than 2 years and I like it.
A few weeks ago, I was unable to open the application. Yesterday, I managed again to open the application but the display settings are completely disordered. The screen resolution is very low (less than 800 X 600).
How can I edit these parameters?

It is only with PDF-XChange. If I try to open a pdf file with PDF-XChange, all the display on the screen turn to a very very low resolution and it is impossible to read the text. The screen parameters return to normal when I close PDF-XChange.
I have no windows update install.

Hello Paul,
This is strange behaviour, and we would definitely like to get to the bottom of it.
Can you please make a screenshot of what is happening on your screen when you turn the Viewer on, and attach it (as an archive)) here or upload it on websites like imageshack and link it here.
Regards,
Stefan

I took 3 screenshot:
1) capture écran normal.bmp = my screen normal
2) capture écran with pdf xchange open.bmp = the same screen but with pdf xchange open. We can see that some elements can't be display because the resolution change.
3) capture écran.bmp = it is PDF Xchange screen

Re: Can't control view parameters
Thanks - but where can downlaod this file from ?
If you attempted to post it here with your message - did you ensure it was achived within a zip file first ?
If not the attchment will not be stored - all attachments must be attached in an archive format - either .zip; .rar or 7z for compression and security reasons.
thanks

Re: Can't control view parameters
Please fixup properties of the PDF-Viewer-shortcut.
For this:
1. Right-click on the "PDF-Viewer" shortcut on the your desktop.
2. Choose "Properties" from context menu.
3. Select "Compatibility" tab.
4. Uncheck(if checked):
"Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
"Run in 256 color"
"Run in 640x480 screen resolution"
