License Problem with NON-Admin Users

We have purchased a multi-user-license (25Users).
I have installed PDV-Xchange Pro and the viewer as admin. Works fine.
When a 'regular' User - with no admin rights - logs on to the PC, he only has the 'evaluation' Versions.

The OS on the PCs is XPPro in a Win2008-Domain.

What did I do wrong ?

can you tell me a few more details? Did you install using the msi or exe installer? You mentioned that this is in a 2008 domain - was a GPO used or some other script? Did you run any special switches during install? I just tetsed XP 32 bit and XP 64 bit as a restricted user having manually run the PDF-Xchange 4 Pro msi installer and everything appeared to be functioning correctly - full Pro version.

I will ask the dev team to tell us if there are particular resources/folders that your 'regular' users need or indeed anything else that might cause this.

I used the version from the download-link, 1forAll SW sent me, which ist:

I have installed it manually - no scripts, no gpo's, no special switches !

Not sure if they are on the latest release as yet (2.00.42.6) ...

Can I suggest you download and install the English release for now - as some issues related to this were resolved in the latest 2 builds released this week :

I would also reccomend a full uninstall/restart - before installing the latest release.
