Get rid of all annotations?

Hi,

Is is possible to get rid of all annotations in a PDF file at once? I usually do lots of highlighting when I read a PDF file, and it is cumbersome to delete them all when I try to send the file to someone else.

Hello Joon,

Yes you can.
Open the Comments Palette (Ctrl + M by default) and there you will see all comments for the current document.
You can group those comments by type and then delete the whole "highlights" type - right click anywhere in the pane to show the menu.

Hi Joon,

What you can do is:

1) Ctrl-M to bring up the Comments pane
2) In the comments pane, right-click, and select group by - Select - type
3) Click each type and hit the Delete Button

This will remove each type of annotation in the document at once. As there is no remove all annotations option at this time.
