Printing sticky notes

A customer is sending us PDF files with sticky notes in it. Can I print these with the free version of PDF-XChange viewer?
I can't find this option anywhere and Acrobat Reader 9 also doesn't support this feature anymore...

Or you can summarise all comments to a Rich Text file and print that. (a Pro feature)

Thanks for the reply.
But print notes and pop-ups only prints the (closed) balloons.
I need a feature where the balloons get numbers and the numbered comments get printed on a second page.

Then open them before printing.

To print the comments on a second page, sort by page, and summarise the comments in a Rich Text File.
