Unable to change by other user once author STAMP on a doc

Hello,

Per attachment, I have stamped a document.

How could i make the document only editable by the author(which is myself) once i send the pdf to another person?

I tried to open in Acrobat Reader, once i unchecked the locked box, the stamp is editable.

If possible, i would like to have the comments unable to change, however able to add new comments.

Any help would be very much appreciate!

All attachments must be archived as ZIP or 7z.

Look in
File -> Document properties, Security section. Choose "Password Security", check "Require a password to change permissions for the document", set a password and select below, which things should be allowed for any user and which will be protected.

Can we default save ALL the documents created by us is being save automatically with the following options?

>>password security
>>require a password to change permissions for the documents
>> save a default password
>>Priting allow
>> High resolution
>>Changing allowed
>> Commenting, filling in forms fields, and sign existing signature

No, at least for the moment it's not possible to set default security settings for saving documents in PDF-XChange Viewer.
