Can you please ensure that the file is not open in another application - as exclusive use of the file is required, also - ensure that you have not placed restrictions on access to the file when creating with regards permissions etc.
If these do not help - please upload a sample here and we will check and advise, please zip any files posted here - or they will be removed automatically from your post.
thanks.

If created an PDF with Word/PDF-XChange4.0.
The attachement also includes the screenshot, where you can see, that only "replace" is grayed out. "insert" and "delete" are working as they should.
Thanks in advance
Bernd

Hi bernd_d,
It's greyed out because it is yet to be implemented you can achieve the same results using the delete page and insert page for now. The replace function will be implemented in a future release.

Hi Bernard,
We do realize that this is confusing the first time you encounter it but we are a bit unorthodox company and this is one of the things we have decided to do in a different way. The features names being listed means that we are working on and have plans for them and they are expected sooner than later in the future.
Regards,
Stefan
