shortcut (hotkeys) to tools?

Is it possible to add shortcuts to frequently used tools such as hand tool, text selection, snapshot, highlight and etc.? It would be really convenient. Thanks!

Yes. Right-click on a tool bar to bring up the customise dialogue.
