How do I change the Scale Ratio Settings

Hi

I'm new to the PDF Xchange Software(free edition), which I think is brilliant, but my main issue is I can't find how to change the scale ratio for use with the measuring tools.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

You change the scale on the properties tool bar.
Display the properties tool bar (View menu, toolbars)
Select the distance tool and set the scale.
