New version Release Notes

When you issue a new release, are there release notes available so that we can quickly assess what if new and what has be fixed? On the Release History of this site the most currently listed version is from September. Are there release notes for the recent November 2009 release? Thanks.

The version history with release notes is located at the URL below, it covers up to build 42.8 which was released on November 9 -

There is actually a build 42.9 but I think it was a quick bug-fix build and did not introduce new features. I hope Tracker support will correct me if I am wrong.

Yes 42.9 was just a quick release correcting some troubles, and I will now speak with the guys responsible for updating that list.
