Problem opening recently made pdf form

I have experienced the following problem with the PDF-XChange Viewer:

I have a pdf form that cant be open using PDF-XChange Viewer, the site warns that acrobat reader 8 or higher is needed to open the file. Are you aware of this issue and can it be fixed? We really like PDF-XChange Viewer because of all the extra functionalities and the fair price so I would prefer not to have to install acrobat reader (I know its free but so limited) as a workaround for these kind of issues.

Hi Stephane,

I see you also sent the file to our support email. Thanks for that. I too can open the fom in Adobe Viewer but not ours. I have already forwarded the document to the dev team and will get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
