Problem some Text cannot show in PDF Xchange viewer

Dear All,

recently i have found some PC in our office encouter the following problem.
Their pdf exchange viewer cannot view some charasters.
and some PC can open and view without problem.

Case on PC which cannot view some chara >

I can highlight those "space" btw, those are hidden charater that just PC cannot see. Then i click on "File" > Document Properties.. > Fonts
and i saw there a 1 Font showing "!"

STFangsong
Type:TrueType
Encoding: WinAnsiEncoding
Actual Font: STFangsong


i have done the follow but it wont fix.
changing regional setting to other.
update pdf viewer

You need to send the PDF file to Tracker support (Help, Report a problem), or archive it and attach it here.

Also - please ensure that they do actually have the latest build on all machines - as some updates will not be picked up by earlier versions of the Viewer update.

Please ensure the Help -> About Window confirms it is build 2.0.42.9 - if not a manual uninstall/update is reccomneded.
