A feature that Adobe Acrobat has, but PDF-XChange Viewer still misses, is remembering the last view settings of a PDF file based on hash or checksum. With Adobe Reader, even if you change the file name and the file path, the Reader will still remember the last page you were on and the last view setting for the file (zoom, etc).
Adding this feature to PDF-XChange Viewer can be greatly useful since the users that move their files around in reorganizing their files or otherwise, will still be able to easily return to the last page studied and continue with their reading without much ado.
