2 spaces

Hi,

when I tried copy/paste text from PDF to TXT document, XChange gave me 2 spaces between words, Adobe PDF only one space. I send this PDF document in appendix.

Sorry, but to attach files on this forum they must be archived (zip/rar/7-zip formats are acceptable). Reason is simple - we need to check file integrity before investigation (saving disk space and traffic is also good idea).

Ok, I see the "problem" for example on page 9. This is typical situation in some pdf files - there is text and no space characters between words. In such case programs add spaces, and there is two cases:
1. Plain text, in this case inserting one space give good result.
2. Text, formatted using spaces (tables, indents, etc) - for example RFC in pdf format. In this case much better reasults will be if we will add spaces proportionally to distance between words.
And which strategy should be default?

Thank you for your reply. This means that Adobe uses the solution 1 and Xchange 2? I do not consider it a serious error, I just tried to compare some features Adobe and Xchange because I like XChange SW and I like use them instead of Adobe.

We will to add special option which will mean: how spaces will be added into copied text(proportional or one only).
This feature will be added in the future(next build or next version V3).
