Removing the "free version" shields at the corners of the pd

I have just upgraded to PRO version and have [paid for it. I have registered the product but the "free" sheilds keep showing on the corners of the pdfs. What am I doing wrong?

The watermarks will not be removed from existing PDF files that you have saved with the unregistered version.

If you have entered your registration code in Preferences, Registration, they won't be added to any new PDF files that you edit with Pro features and then save.

Unfortunately the new files also have the watermarks on them - does this mean that there is something incomplete about my registration?

Please do send us at support@pdf-xchange.com your serial number (do NOT post it here) and/or order number and we would investigate what's wrong with it and advise you accordingly.
