After I update to the latest version (2.0.0044.0), I find the cursor icon for hand tool changes. Now it looks like:
But I think the original icon is much better than the new one.
I never even noticed a change until the mentioned it. I think the icon changes now when you hold down the mouse to drag the page — that's a nice little improvement in my opinion.

We had to change the cursors because a lot of people are using our software on Terminal Servers where cursors with shadows are not supported and were causing troubles

I didn't mean the change of closed hand when you drag pages. Actually the original cursor icon looks more modern and pretty:
But as Ivan replied, the shadow on that cursor caused problems when people used Terminal Servers.
I hope there will be an alternative solution. For example, it can automatically detect different situations and use different cursors. Otherwise, IMHO, the "new" cursor looks inconsistency in modern operating system, like Win 7.
