all pdf files in firefox marked "Demo-Version"

Post by Jhansen »

Hi,

I have a (licensed) pdf-xchange Pro-version. I recently upgraded to Version 2.0 Build 44.0

Now, whenever I open a pdf-document within Firefox, it shows a big "Demo version, docu-tracker-software blablabla) all over the document, and the print function is disabled.

Is my money not good anymore, or what has happened to my paid-for version of pdf-exchange?

Sorry, I am slightly

For any tip: thank you in advance!

P.S. The viewer itself works fine with pdf-files that are already saved on my hdd.

John

Thanks to a very quick reply from the tracker software support (to whom I had sent an email before I discovered this forum), I could solve the problem (copying the npPDFXCviwNPPlugin.dll file into the firefox extension folder). Everything works flawlessly now.
Thanks anyway and y'all have a good day!

John

Problem solved. Thread closed, I guess. :D
