Somebody HELP!!!......

Hello to all and ty for viewing/assiting me w/ my potential problems. I have purchased a program that is essential to my business. After installing, I attempted to print, which it did, except it had the notation in BOLD BLACK LETTERS that I needed to purchase PDFExchange. OK. I purchased, downloaded and installed the PDF Exchange Lite version 4. I went back to my original program and tried to print again. Same thing!! Same message!!........Then I tried to insert an existing document and tried to change it around, i.e. delete some things, add some things.....COULD NOT DO IT! I am VERY new to all of this stuff and am NOT up to date on how these things work. I would GREATLY appreciate if ANYONE could assist me with getting both of these issues fixed. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Please help me print w/out the "BUY" patch and help me better understand how to change the contents of a document.

If you purchased PDF-XChange Lite - then please follow the instructions below - the serial number will start : PXL40-

Also, please note - the PDF-XChange Lite license does not give you licensed use in any of our products to merge/delate pages in PDF-Files, to do this you need either PDF-Tools or more useful if this is not to be done on multiple fiels - the PDF-XChange Viewer PRO.

Thanks for your email, please do ** exactly ** as detailed below and all
should be well - though please note, evaluation stamps cannot be removed
once they are placed on a files pages - the files must be remade afresh
from the original material - so this will not help with regards any files
you may have already made with the trial version.

1: Please uninstall all you have installed so far from the Windows control
panel (in Windows XP this is in the option 'ADD/Remove Programs' - in
Vista 'Programs and Features') and restart your PC when complete.

2: Download and start this installer :

3: When asked by the installer - please copy/paste your serial number
into the installer as appropriate.

4: Now complete the install and restart Windows as instructed

5: Open any application -(e.g. MS Word/Excel etc) and open a document -
then print (File -> Print) to the PDF-XChange Printer in your 'Printers
List' and a PDF file will be created as required.
