In-form print buttons don't work

PDF-XChange Viewer (free), v.2.0, build 45.0.
OS: WinXP sp-3.

I have downloaded a PDF form which includes "Reset form" and "Print form" control buttons. Neither work, either in a downloaded form or in the browser plug-in; I assume they would with Acrobat Reader (but would prefer not to install it to find out.) I believe the expected action after clicking "Print form" would be that the completed form would be printed without the two buttons appearing on the printed page.

Are such in-form buttons not supported by PDF-XChange Viewer? Or restricted to paying customers? Or is this a known bug? Is there a work-around to print the completed form without the control buttons appearing on the printed page?

(Apologies if this is a repeated question; forum search ignored "print" as too common a search term, and "in-form" found nothing.)

This PDF contains XFA form with scripts. PDF-XChange doesn't support such forms for now. Full XFA support should be available into V3 of the viewer which now is into developing stage.
