How do I purchase terminal server licencing, and is the installation any different?

Hi Gerry,

TS/Citrix Licensing is the same as all our licensing for chargeable products - you need to review and ascertain the expected number of users - note we do not support the concurrent licensing model - so if you have 1200 users of whom 1000 will use the viewer at some time - but only say 700 may be using at any given time - you do need a 1000 user license.

2 further points to note :

1: Our license costs are very competitive at the outset - so this should not be a barrier

2: If its our viewer specifically you need - it may also be a pertinent question - do they all need the PRO version or could some happily use the free version without making use of the advanced PRO features ?

Finally - we do offer Site/Country and Global licenses all of which allow unlimited users - provided they meet the specific geographic boundaries the license pack name implies.
