Not sure if this was reported elsewhere, so apologies if repeated.
Clicking the down-arrow on the toolbar Search box brings up the previous searches, as expected. If one clicks "away" (without choosing anything) the 'Find List' box is cancelled as expected. However, if one clicks back into the search box to try something else (again without selecting any old searches) the cursor starts blinking there, but one cannot enter new text, nor edit the existing text, if any. Seems to apply to all documents.
Hitting <Esc> does cancel the Find List, however as "clicking away" to any place other than the search box also cancels the Find List, it would seem logical to allow entering a new search string, regardless of whether the old list is still visible or not.
Win7 x64, XChange Pro build 45
Also, pertaining to the Search Box: it would seem reasonable that if "Switch Off All Search Providers" is checked in the Preferences, the Online Search Button/Icon in the box should disappear as it becomes de facto useless, as expected. No?
Thanks.
