Pro vesus "FREE"

I am impressed with the 64bit version of this software, if fixed my viewing issue with thumbnails with Windows 7, 64bit.

Problem is, I was so impressed, I purchased the "Pro" version. I wanted to digitally sign with the product. Guess what? Thumbnails broke! I am assuming the "PRO" version is 32BIT, Correct?

BTW, I reloaded the software as "FREE" and the product started to work again.

Maybe you got the wrong download after purchasing the product.
The free and pro version is the same - there's no need to reinstall PDF-XChange Viewer.
Just go to Edit -> Preferences -> Registration and enter your serial and the PRO functions will be unlocked in your working version.
