Very Emergency: can i enable Collate option when printing

hi

i decide to print a pdf document with 15 pages by PDF-XChange Viewer Pro and i want to enable the Collate but it disabled permanently.when i select my color printer "HP inkjet Bussiness 1000".
with adobe acrobat reader, there is no problem with Collate option by this Printer ("HP inkjet Bussiness 1000").
Can you help me oing this in PDF-XChange Viewer Pro?

The collate check-box is also greyed out for my Epson laser printer. However, I can opt to collate 15 copies from the printer properties dialogue.

If I choose the CutePDF virtual printer, the collate option on the PDF-XChange print dialogue is available

What I suspect is that PDF-XChange detects if a printer driver can collate copies, and uses that capability to speed up printing if it is available.
