Windows freezes with PDF-Xchange Viewer

PDF-X freezes Windows (XP-SP3) after a few minutes. No problem with the same files using Foxit Reader.

My reg code (for PDF-Fill) is: 067086815644. It is not accepted in the installation dialog, but seems to be in Preferences. However I can't check because the about screen never appears.

I also tried to report the problem from the application, but I never got an acknowledgment.

Hi nigelin

please do not post serial codes on this forum. They are publicly visible and if you do this we will be forced to disable that serial code. Fortunately the number you quoted is not a valid format code so no harm done here. PDF-Fill is not one of our products.

What email address did you use when using Help --> Report a Problem? I don't see any report like this one.

Since you repport that Foxit Reader has no problems opening the file can I ask you to post the file here (must be zipped or it will be stripped from the post). If the document is sensitive you can email it directly to support@pdf-xchange.com and I will keep an eye out for it and ensure we take a look.
