Bug in displaying currency

PDFXver is incorrectly displaying the $##.##" style formatting, which is a field property set using Adobe Acrobat Pro during Form Editing. This is not an issue with Adobe Reader.

DETAILS:
PDFXVwer cannot correctly display values under 1. PDFXVWer fills in the first digit with the next available digit to make the number greater than 1.

As an example, if the user enters ".4", the correct display for this should be "$0.40". However, PDFXVwer displays "$4.40".

I am running on Windows XP.

PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY, as this issue is affecting our accounting.

EDIT: I did some more testing and it appears that the problem isn't with the currency formatting, but all decimal formatting in general. PLEASE FIX.
