I receive faxes from Maxemail and they are emailed to me in a pdf format. Recently I've noticed when I try to print some of them out it shows the preview in the print window to be a Double Japan Postcard. This a much smaller size.
I have my defaults set to letter.
Any suggestions?

Hi Joe,
Is it possible that you have selected "choose paper source by PDF page size" ?
In this case the page size would be set in our Viewer to match the one of the document.
