Using PDF-XChange Viewer, I would like to know whether it is possible to get more fonts (wingdings2) to customize my documents.

Comments can be added using any fonts installed on your computer. This is nothing to do with PDF-XChange. If you need more fonts, search the web for them. My Free Fonts contain a lot of extra ding bats and symbols. Dafonts.com is a good place to find free fonts.
