PDF-XChange 4 PRO - Watermark Issue

I originally downloaded the free version of Xchange and then purchased PDF-XChange 4 PRO. I have followed the instruction for product registration but the Ad watermark is still showing up on all of my PDF's.... HELP!

I believe that PDF-XChange 4 Pro and PDF-XChange Viewer Pro are different products. Are you posting in the right forum, this forum is about the Pro Viewer. Have you entered the registration code in Preferences, Registration?

The watermark cannot be removed from files saved with the unregistered version. They should no longer be added to files saved with the registered version.

Hi ryanrawson,

Bhikkhu said it all. "DEMO" stamps can not be removed from files already created and saved with them, and there is a common confusion between the Viewer Pro and the PDF XChange 4 Pro package.
